Whats new? I revamped People Playground's bullet tracers to look more realistic.. or just more like a projectile.. or.. just cooler in general!

The New Things If You Like To Read
- Blurry motion-blur motion-thing motion-like effect for the bullet tracers.
- Tweaked the base bullet tracer colors a little bit.
- Bullet tracers now use a different texture and shader to really pop out during the dark
- Unintended side effect of the bullet tracers appearing to get shorter when paused/slow motion
- ... but i think that just makes more sense!
